Natural Acne Remedies Found at Home

When I was a teenager there wasn't much that you could do if you had acne or any skin problems except wash with soap and water. You could see a doctor and risk their advice of cutting open an area on your face to let it drain or you could suffer silently and endure with your head down, picking constantly at your face. Although my acne wasn't terrible I knew of many teens my age that dealt with the embarrassing issue.
Acne, also known as zits and pimples, can be caused from a number of factors such as hormonal fluctuations, hereditary, stress, environmental pollution such as smoking and/or an unhealthy diet full of additives and not enough nutrients and, of course personal hygiene routine is important. To prevent breakouts drink plenty of water, keep a healthy diet full of fruit and veggies and try to maintain a stress-free lifestyle.
Here are a few easy recipes that I would like to share with you that you can make up each week and store in the refrigerator. Other recipes do not specify refrigeration but it is good to stick with small amounts in order to keep the bacteria down and off of your face.
